I have always enjoyed Facebook. I am not enjoying the latest issue with data hoovering possibly influencing elections. Here are 5 simple ways to enjoy Facebook in the way (at least I) originally intended it to be used.

You can set up your computer browser for spiritual practice. With a simple app and a folder or two, you will be all set to clear your energy while working. This post was inspired by a suggestion from Darren Rowse, aka Problogger. It’s important to remember that you can set up your browser for maximum focus and productivity, spiritual focus or otherwise!

Maybe you practice yoga, but haven’t tried Yoga Nidra yet? My yoga teacher introduced me to it. It’s an amazing form of in-body meditation ideally to be practiced just after a yoga session. The meaning of Yoga Nidra is ‘the art of body-sleeping’. Using body-talk, a good yoga nidra session will have you relax each part of the body in turn and then pay attention to energy flow. It’s an amazing practice and very relaxing.
