Meditation – are you practicing meditation yet or considering making a start?

It may seem a challenge in your life to find that quiet spot or squeeze anything else into your schedule, but with a little thought it is possible.

Meditation is actually an energizing activity, since it will help your mind and body relax in order to recoup energy and clarity required for other tasks in our busy modern world.

1. A musical meditation with words by Thich Nhat Hanh, the  singing voice of Vietnamese monk, Phap Niem, to lift you out of your body for a short while

Whilst attending a workshop with Lee Carroll in Kansas City 2 years ago, he played us this meditation at the end of our talk.  Lee wanted to share it because he said it was ‘lovely’, and it is.

It’s a great break from the here and now.  I may have posted this link on the blog before, but it bears repeating!

2. The LightHouse Meditation by Pyschic Medium John Edward

This is the short form of this meditation, which moves you through the chakras and helps you set an intention for the day.  Very productive!

3. Unified Field Meditation by Iyanla Vanzant

I know I posted this recently!  If you haven’t experienced this guided meditation before (guided = somebody talking you through it) then this is for you.  Iyanla has one of the most comforting voices on the planet IMHO!

It’s longer than the other meditations, yet it goes by very quickly.
