What Inspired This Book
Some of my early experiences involved mediumship, which is connecting with Loved Ones who have passed on, yet continue to support us from beyond physical life.
Others came through my work with the Akashic Records, where I encountered guidance from non-incarnated Souls. These are beings who have chosen not to incarnate in this lifetime, but instead to assist us from the broader field of consciousness, more commonly known as Spirit Guides.
After several particularly intense and transformative experiences with Spirit Guides in recent years, I began writing Rebel Frequency to help others understand and safely explore these connections.
This book brings together my most meaningful personal experiences, reflections, and insights into what I call the Rebel Frequency: the unique energetic signature through which guidance, creativity, healing, and growth can emerge.

CONNECTING WITH SPIRIT GUIDES CAN HELP US
It can be deeply validating to realize that certain Guides have been with you for most, or even all, of your life. Some, like Guardian Guides, are present from birth.
Guides can support us through life and help with decision-making, emotional situations, even grief and loss. (We make the decisions, though, the guides just advise!).
HOW TO CONNECT WITH YOUR SPIRIT GUIDES?
There is no single “correct” way to connect with Spirit Guides. They exist across different levels of consciousness and connect with us in ways that match our readiness, sensitivity, and life circumstances.

Author Bio
Sarah Lawrence has lived in two countries, raised children, worked in UK Broadcasting, worked freelance in information technology, and co-created two successful businesses.
She has been giving Akashic Records Readings since 2010, Human Design Interpretations since 2021, and recently joined a cohort of readers promoting a new approach to self-awareness called the Success Codex.
This is her first book, but she has been writing this blog since 2010.
