Groups are 4–8 people and sessions last between 1 hour and 1 hour 30 minutes.

How Success Codex Groups Empower You To Brainstorm, Strategize and Get Unstuck
Get together a group of 4-8 people who have access to Zoom for a Success Codex Group
The Success Codex Is A Chart containing 10 Human Design Personality Keycodes and 3 Astrological Business Keycodes.
First-level sessions help you absorb the information from your Success Codex Chart and relate it to your energy.
In your Success Codex Group session, we’ll begin by working with each of the Primary Genius Keycodes for everyone in the group. You’ll each get information about your: –
– innate Genius and the way you best express it (called an Archetype),
– how to align with the energy of your Primary Genius, and how you fall out of alignment with it or get stuck – which of course happens to everyone, sometimes.
– You’ll also discover an Approach Phrase, which helps you understand how to approach actions from a more helpful perspective in any given situation.
Then we’ll brainstorm how these Keycodes operate best together for your team, group, or a focus project.
The Primary Genius you have is the central Keycode in your chart, and it will appear with slightly different perspectives on each page.
We all have a Primary Genius. Getting very clear about what it is can be extremely inspiring.
Each Keycode, including the Primary Genius, also shows us where we are out of alignment with our Genius Potentials – just as helpful, since we are never 100% in alignment all the time.
When we know how to get unstuck, it makes life so much easier.
You’ll also be able to see your Success Codex Group Superpower and your most helpful inner resource. Who doesn’t need that information on a Monday morning?
Learning about other people’s Primary Genius in your group or team will also be inspiring.
Think of your Success Codex™ Chart as a mirror of your energy – helping you remember better ways to go about things.
This is a short introduction to the Success Codex for your group or team.
Each person in the Success Codex Group will have their chart ready for the session, and the group will have set an agreed focus or intention for the session beforehand.
You’ll each receive a short focus experience on your Primary Genius and aligned approaches from Sarah.
While others are having their focus experience, you’ll complete some straightforward answers on a sheet and make any notes that come to mind as you are listening in.
Once everyone has had their focus experience, the agreed focus or intention will be reviewed in the light of the Keycodes and Approaches from each person’s chart.
There’ll be a short Q & A session for any questions that have come up for you. You’ll also have a chance to share any new ideas or approaches regarding the group intention for the session.
This will give everyone a short introduction to their Genius Potentials, as well as to those within your group or team.
The Three Layers of You
The Akashic Records are the 5th-dimensional record of all your experiences, from this and all other lives. You can learn about past-life soul stories, understand karmic patterns, and connect with your Divine Soul Blueprint and more with the Soul Star Reading. You can think of the Akashic Records as the outer energetic layer of you, your energy bodies, and your Soul.
Human Design is a chart that shows the energy of you as a kind of energetic circuit. It’s created from your birth data (day, time, and location of birth). You’ll see how your Chakras work together and discover your Aura type, as well as begin to understand more complex aspects of Self such as Personality quirks, likes, dislikes, and even subconscious drivers. The Success Codex is another type of energy chart that combines elements of Human Design with 3 Astrological business gateways to create an outline of your best approaches to work and career. This chart can also give you a picture of the energy of your business, too, if you are a business owner.
You can learn about your Primary Genius, your Superpower, and the 4 paths of Impact, Balance, Growth, and Transformation, using Sacred Geometry to ‘spin’ your perspective on yourself in different ways – great for brainstorming, amongst other things.
