But sometimes we can get stuck in cycles of Discordant Energetic expression which drain us – and if left too long, these cycles can start a chronic energy drain and even affect our health through our emotional energy body.

Humans are naturally emotional; it’s part of us, yet we can become attached to patterns from other people that we found helpful at one time, but that really don’t serve us in the long run.
If the other person changes their patterns so we can’t connect with them at the same frequency anymore, or moves on from a connection with us, then we are left with an Energetic Deficit.
