This type of Remote Energy Session is a Chakra Reading that focuses on 8 Chakras.
The first seven you may be familiar with: the 7 traditional Hindu focus on the Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye, and Crown Chakras.
I include a check for balance or imbalance of each of these 7 Chakras in this reading.
I also check the 8th Chakra – the Soul Star Chakra, which is your connection to your Higher Self, or intuition.
You will go away with a short ‘to-do’ list to help you rebalance energetically. This is a useful reading to repeat every 6 months or so.
