Lucid dreaming

The last few weeks have been very difficult for me in the emotional spectrum.

Last night I had a totally unexpected and very healing dream.

I was in a room with many other people and a teacher appeared. (I have had dreams like this before but not as intense and lucid as this one).

The teacher morphed in front of my eyes as she talked to me, from an Aborigine painted in many colors, to a Zen Buddhist monk, to a beautiful blond woman with braids, to a bald-headed Asian warrior…and kept on morphing.

She/he didn’t seem to be the least surprised to notice that I noticed this.

Lucid dream to release pain

The teacher told all of us that we were here to release pain.

Suddenly we all started chanting. Since it was a lucid dream so I could hear, see and feel everything as clearly as if I was awake.

As I began to chant, a pulling sensation began in my neck and throat.

Continuing to chant, I looked up and saw colors rising up out of my neck and throat areas in a column and being released into the atmosphere.

Still chanting, I looked around the room and saw that colors were being released from other students also, in different parts of their bodies to mine.

The chanting stopped…blissful feelings

Once we stopped chanting I felt a huge release and also a deep sensation of bliss. We all talked and laughed and felt happy.

I woke and slept a few more times, each time visiting the room with the same group of people.

I feel as if they are still with me!
