Personal Energy Coach – What Is It That You Do Exactly?
Recently, a client asked me this question, and I realised it was probably time to answer it properly!
What is a personal energy coach? It’s a question I hear quite often because personal energy coaching is still a relatively new field. Many people have never worked with someone who combines intuitive guidance, energy awareness, and spiritual coaching, so it’s natural to wonder what happens during a session.
As a personal energy coach, my role isn’t to tell you what to do or claim to have all the answers.
Instead, I help you reconnect with the wisdom that already exists within you.
I believe we each carry an incredible amount of inner knowing within our own personal energy. Sometimes that wisdom becomes buried beneath stress, fear, limiting beliefs, or simply the busyness of everyday life. My role is to help you uncover it, understand it, and learn to trust it.
Rather than giving you answers, I help you discover your own.
That is why I call myself a personal energy coach.
I’m deeply passionate about this work because it reflects how I experience the world. I also believe that many people are currently going through a profound period of spiritual awakening, seeking greater meaning, purpose, and connection than ever before.

What Does a Personal Energy Coach Do?
As a personal energy coach, I combine several intuitive and spiritual approaches to support your personal growth.
I am an intuitive psychic, empath, and natural medium. I work with personal energy, helping to interpret the information it contains while also connecting with Spirit and accessing the Akashic Records, sometimes referred to as the Book of Life or the Hall of Records.
Every session is unique. Sometimes it is primarily an intuitive reading; other times coaching.
Together we explore questions such as:
- Where are you on your spiritual awakening journey?
- What patterns or beliefs are keeping you feeling stuck?
- What is your soul trying to teach you right now?
- Which spiritual practices are best suited to your unique energy?
- How can you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and peace?
I usually begin by opening your Akashic Records, allowing us to explore guidance from your soul’s perspective. This often creates a powerful shift, bringing clarity and helping the energy begin to move naturally.
From there, we simply follow where your energy leads us.

How Did I Become a Personal Energy Coach?
Like many unusual careers, this certainly wasn’t something I planned!
As a child, I could see, hear, feel, and sense things that many other people couldn’t. Like most children, I assumed everyone experienced the world this way—they just didn’t talk about it.
It wasn’t until much later that I realised my experiences were different.
My mother shared many of these intuitive abilities, although she rarely spoke about them because they frightened her. For many years, I followed the same path and kept my own experiences largely to myself.
Eventually, however, I began to wake up.
Looking back, I can see that a series of life events gently nudged me towards understanding who I really was. I began recognising that my intuitive abilities could genuinely help other people, and, interestingly, many people seemed to sense this long before I fully accepted it myself.
That awakening led me on a lifelong journey of learning, personal development, and spiritual exploration.
Over the years I have trained in:
- Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP™)
- The EMF Balancing Technique®
- Reflexology
- Working with Angels
- Reading the Akashic Records, including Soul Realignment
- Intuitive and energy-based coaching
- Success Codex™ Specialist
Before this, I spent many years working in IT, computer support, and training, and later co-directed a training and development company in the UK.
While those experiences may seem very different from spiritual work, they taught me how to listen carefully, solve problems, communicate clearly, and guide people through change.
Today, those practical skills combine naturally with my intuitive abilities to support clients in a grounded, compassionate, and empowering way.
