When We Are Self-Aware – What Do We Know About Ourselves?

In today’s changing world and global markets, becoming self-aware in personal and professional lives can help us grow. This type of growth will benefit both ourselves and our careers.

Plus, on our spiritual journey, self-awareness can only help us.

The more we learn about ourselves, the more deeply we can make spiritual connections. Whether that is with the Higher Self (Intuition), our Spirit Guides, or our purpose.

Becoming more Self-Aware helps us to intuit our Life Purpose (our Design or Aura) and our Soul Purpose through our Soul Blueprint.

Where do we begin to deepen self-awareness intentionally? Which books do we need to read? How many self-development classes do we need to attend?

How long is this all going to take?!

Noticing How We Are Seen and Perceived By Others

Part of learning to become more self-aware lies in knowing, as best we can, how we are perceived by others.

Living in our individual human bodies, sometimes it can be difficult to see and understand a broader perspective.

We have our daily concerns weighing on us and our duties to perform. Spending time on the focus of growing self-awareness can seem like a huge challenge.

Daily, we send out a vibe, but we are soaked in other people’s vibes all the time, too.

Given that, how can we more accurately understand how other people are ‘getting’ us?

Become More Self-Aware – Learn How Others View Us

Some of the more well-known ways to become more self-aware are:-

• Asking close friends how we come across (can be risky!).
• Noticing who we attract and who we repel or push away. Learning to interpret this can take a while.
• Read an astrology book. This is a good start, but it can also take some time. You might require some interpretation and help from an astrologer.
• Having an Enneagram done.
• Learning more about Human Design.
• Try a *NEW* Success Codex Reading.
• Write a book and read it to your family, noticing their responses and adjusting your writing as you go (Jane Austen).

Hit The Mark The First Time – Through Knowing Your Impact

What would really be helpful to become more self-aware is to have a simple system or an approach handy to give us immediate feedback on how we are doing.

Something that would help us adjust some of our behavior is needed! We want to be sure we are getting our point across.

Of course, it’s important to be as authentic as we possibly can in the world.

At the energetic level, many people have a sense when something is ‘off’ about a person.

Adding more manipulative tactics to the world is not going to help anyone grow in self-awareness, least of all us.

So, how about a system that helps us to be more authentic?

Sometimes, it can be biases or programming from our past that interfere with our self-awareness and authenticity.

At other times, it can be that we are using messaging we have heard from others. We may do this because we think it will work well – and then it falls flat.

This is because messaging from others is not authentically us – so it doesn’t come across effectively.

Introducing The Success Codex – Keycodes To Help You Become More Self-Aware through your Genius Potentials

The diagram above shows how 13 different planetary gateways, or energies, connect for each of us in our Success Codex chart.

During 2024, I’ve spent over 6 months doing a deep dive into our Human Design that relates to our personality called the Success Codex.

I’ve also been studying the nature of planetary influences on this aspect of ourselves from the perspective of business astrology.

How can you become more self-aware with the Success Codex work?

‘Codex’ means book, or manuscript, and through Sacred Geometry we can focus on your personality from the perspective of how it’s seen by others.

During a Success Codex session, you’ll learn simple words, called Keycodes, that are relatable and help you stay focused in the energy of YOU when you are moving through your day.

Jane Austen made an Impact by experimenting with her ideas, focusing on certain themes, and creating alchemical change by sharing them with her family for a response.

How do you create Impact? You will have unique Keycodes for your Impact path, too, just like Jane Austen or me.

My Impact Path keycodes will be completely different from Jane Austen’s, of course, as will yours. We are all unique beings here on Planet Earth.

Yet learning them can make a huge difference in how we impact the world, both personally and professionally.

An Example of A Keycode

My Sun or Personality Keycode is, funnily enough, called Impact! I have the Archetype of The Artist, and I’ve learned how to lean into that aspect of my personality more deeply as I continue to practice this work.

What this means for me is that a big part of how I am best seen in the world is as someone creative in nature.

I do best for myself, my business, and even my moods – when I honor my creative side – and that’s also how I can best make an Impact!

There are 13 Keycodes in total, which relate to planetary aspects on your day of birth. These Keycodes get decoded during a Success Codex session (another reason why it’s called a Codex!).

There is much more to learn than just the keycodes during a Success Codex Session.
