Explore how to connect with your Spirit Guides for deeper, clearer relationships and greater spiritual insight.

Many people reach out to me through this blog or my online services, wanting to know how to connect with their Spirit Guides, or how to deepen and clarify the connections they already feel.
From my own experience, here are two simple yet powerful ways to begin.
1. Build a Relationship With Your Spirit Guides
For the longest time, I never thought about building a relationship with my guides. They had always just been there since my Akashic awakening in 2010, quietly supporting me in the background.
That shifted when I began a deeper study of the Akashic Records.
My teacher encouraged me to cultivate a personal relationship with the collective energy known as the Masters, Teachers, and Loved Ones. Over the past 18 months, that relationship has become richer and more intimate.
(Each of us has our own unique Masters, Teachers, and Loved Ones—energies similar in nature to our Inner Circle Spirit Guides—who assist us when we access the Records.)
Working with Positive Spirit Guides
Inspired by this, I began to consciously connect with my Spirit Guides outside of the Akashic field as well. I found that when I spoke with them intentionally, like chatting with wise friends, the sense of closeness and support grew dramatically.
I often suggest to clients that they think of their Guides as a coffee circle, and invite them over regularly for a chat, as you have your morning drink.
2. Ask for Daily Confirmation of Their Presence
You can also invite confirmation of your guides’ presence each day.
This isn’t about demanding specific signs or setting conditions—like saying, “Show me a white feather.”, although that can help with manifesting signs over time.
Instead, ask, then let go.
Surrender your expectations and stay open.
When a sign, symbol, or synchronicity appears, you’ll know it’s for you. These subtle “winks from the Universe” carry a personal resonance—often quiet but significant.
The 11:11 – A ‘Wink’ From the Universe
A lot of people have woken up to noticing repeating numbers, such as the 11:11 on clocks, 222 or 3:33.
I like Lee Carroll’s definition of this phenomenon. He’s a channeler and has channeled Kryon (an angelic entity) for years. I started seeing the 11:11 much more often after attending his seminars and beginning the work on my own spiritual journey.
When you delve deeper into Akashic Records work, you’ll begin to grow a deeper, more conscious relationship with your Spirit Guides.

Most Spirit Guides are Souls Like You and Me
The more you treat your Spirit Guides as living allies rather than distant concepts, the more natural and ongoing the communication becomes.
Your Spirit Guides are already connected to you. It’s simply a matter of remembering the conversation. As you nurture the relationship and stay open to subtle signs, you’ll begin to feel their presence woven through your everyday life.
