Dear Archangel Raphael, thank you for clearly guiding, encouraging, and supporting my healing work.
The question I asked was about a recent acupuncture session I had, which I knew was healing, but gave me a strong physical reaction. I’ve had to work hard with my essential oils to balance the reaction in my body, and help me through it.
When using this deck, make sure you focus on your question before you pull a card or do a bigger reading. You need to be really clear!

Archangel Raphael, Angel of the East
Archangel Raphael is known to appear to people from the eastern direction, so when working with this card deck, you can face East if you would like.
He is also associated with the color green (the Ray of Healing). So, if you would like more healing in your life, introduce green colors into your environment, or wrap a green scarf around a chakra area of the body you would like to balance.
Raphael also guides healers and people learning to heal themselves, so you can work with this card deck from those perspectives, too.

Some Questions to Consider Asking With The Archangel Raphael Deck
Before shuffling the deck and selecting your card, you can choose one of the following questions if you would like.
- Ask for your healing desire, such as ‘please release my persistent cough’.
- Request a card, or cards that indicate action to support your healing – intention is one thing, but action also helps!
- Ask for your inner wisdom about healing to be requested in the cards that you select.
