3 Inspirational Podcasts I regularly listen to

How to find inspirational Podcasts for the spiritual journeyer?  It can be hard to know what to listen to online now that we live in a media-rich environment if we have access to the internet.

There are podcasts, webinars, online courses, SoundCloud tracks, Spotify, you name it.

Where to focus your precious time if you’d like to hear something useful from the modern spiritual community?

I have 3 inspirational podcasts that I regularly make time to listen to.  I like to knit and listen because I know the information sinks in better that way.  Or cook and listen!

Here are my top 3 inspirational podcasts, I hope you try them out

1. Energetic Synthesis by Lisa Renee>>

Lisa Renee is an Ascension Guide.  I have listened to her for as long as I can remember, in fact, I feel like her work has been with me at least since 2005 when I lived in Maryland.

Lisa channels information which is incredibly dense to listen to, so she talks quite slowly.  It might seem odd to begin with, but when you begin to process the density of the information, you realize why she needs to do it this way.  All of the concepts are mind-boggling but extremely relevant for the modern spiritual journeyer.

What has always amazed me about Lisa’s podcasts is that every single time, she will either mention a word I have focused on already during the few weeks prior to the podcast, talk about physical manifestations of energy I am experiencing in the moment, or identify circumstances and situations from group consciousness that I have literally only just become aware of.  Told you it was dense information!

As an example, a few years ago I woke up from a dream saying the word ‘diaspora’.  I had no idea what it meant, but went and looked it up because it seemed so significant.  Then in that month’s podcast – guess what – Lisa used the word.

Here’s a quote from March 2018 to give you an idea of content.  The title for the March 2018 podcast is Law of Gender.  Lisa also educates us on energetic laws.

In order to evolve and manifest our spiritual purpose, we must study the masculine and feminine principles that exist within our being, in order to heal their separation from each other that reveals through the inner relationship we have with ourselves.

Once we recognize that we are both inherently male and female and that this fact is unchangeable, we can experience how our relationship to our inner male and female influences every external relationship that we experience in the world.

Lisa Renee, Law of Gender.

2. Alanis Morissette’s Podcasts>>

Yes, that Alanis Morissette, showing my age, she of ‘Jagged Little Pill’ fame and many more.  I had always loved her music and her lyrics, recognizing an artist who not only entertained very differently but also thought very differently too.

Turns out that on her spiritual journey, Alanis found inspiration from many of the teachers that shaped my growth, too, and in some of her podcasts she interviews people who she sees as personal heroes and they are my personal heroes too.

In two recent podcasts, Alanis interviewed Howard Gardner, a developmental psychologist best-known for his theory of multiple intelligences and Elaine Aron Ph.D., now quite well known as someone who researched the phenomenon of the Highly Sensitive Person, bringing the concept into modern psychological thinking.

The latest episode is with Byron Katie, which I’m sure many of you will enjoy.

3. Super Soul Conversations>>

This podcast stream is available free from iTunes and contains a selection by Oprah’s of her interviews with thought-leaders, best-selling authors, spiritual luminaries, as well as health and wellness experts.

There’s a really great range listening on there including many favorites, the latest podcast is from Malala Yousefzai, there is everyone on there from Brene Brown, through to Jimmy Kimmel and Lin-Manuel Miranda (creator of the hit musical Hamilton).

As usual, Oprah successfully interviews everyone from creatives to visionaries, you can be sure of a good listen in this podcast stream.

I hope you enjoy my top 3 inspirational podcasts

I have a podcast series on this blog too related to Kryon’s natural laws and channeled from the Akashic Records.
